Members of the TopSpeakingDocs Knowledge Transfer website include those formally trained in one of the 45 covered disciplines. TopSpeakingDocs’ members are the implementers of knowledge in their communities, villages and countries. These individuals ability to hear the top vetted speakers; and interact with their colleagues, is enhanced by participating on the TopSpeakingDocs Knowledge Transfer website.

Registration fees are waived when members are referred by a registered organization from User Group II using a Member Referral (MR) Code. Members who do not have this code will be required to provide additional information and possibly have a small registration fee imposed. Members possessing a MR code will be allowed to register for free within the Language-Discipline-Region of their parent organization.
